Pronghorn (Antilocapra americana)

Pronghorn are the fasted land mammal of the Midwest. They explored the Great Plains without much worry of predators. Both have horns with males being larger, and the females only a tine. Can run up to 70 miles per hour and can often spot predators far away before they approach. Numbers pushed near extinction along with the Bison but the Pronghorn have made a remarkable comeback as well as the Bison. Pronghorn can be observed throughout various areas of the Plains.
